What is an “LLM wiki”?
A structured knowledge base written so AI models can read it. Think of it as your business’s operating manual, kept up to date automatically and ready for your AI assistant to use.
Do I have to write the content?
No. It’s built from your existing emails and your answers to a few questions. You review; you don’t type.
Is my email private?
Yes. Your emails are only used to build your own business wiki. They’re processed securely, personal details such as customer contact information are redacted before anything is stored, and your knowledge is kept separate from every other business.
We use Anthropic’s commercial API, which doesn’t use your data to train AI models, and you review what goes into your wiki.
Which AI assistants does it work with?
Claude, the AI assistant made by Anthropic. Once connected, Claude can answer with your business’s knowledge instead of generic advice.
