About

Your business already works. We help it grow.

Legwork Tech turns the way a service business already works into clear standards, then builds the website, booking and AI tools that keep them running, so growth doesn’t depend on the owner remembering everything.

Small businesses deserve the systems big ones take for granted

Large companies have whole teams whose job is to define processes, keep information organized and build tools around them. Small and medium businesses usually have the owner. The skill, the reputation and the pride in the work are all there, but how things get done lives in someone’s head, a spreadsheet or a group chat. That works until you hire, get busy, or try to step back.

We don’t think the fix is changing what you do. It’s writing down how you do it well, organizing it, and building the tools around that. Our job isn’t to tell you you’re doing it wrong. It’s to make what you already do right repeatable.

Principles

What we believe

  • Standards before software

Tools only help once everyone agrees how the work should be done. We define that first, then build.

  • Structure is what scales

A website, a booking system or an AI assistant is only as good as the way the business behind it is organized. Get the structure right and everything built on it stays clean.

  • Fit the business, not the template

We start with how you already work and what you’re proud of, and design around it, instead of forcing your shop into someone else’s mould.

  • Lean beats bloated

We’d rather ship the simple thing you’ll use every day than the clever thing you won’t. If a feature isn’t earning its keep, it goes.

Process

How we work

  1. A conversation first

Your first hour is free. We talk about your business, how you work, what you’re proud of and what’s getting in the way. No pitch, just questions.

  2. A clear proposal

We come back with what we’d build and why, broken into milestones with a clear end result. Often that starts with a website; sometimes booking or AI knowledge.

  3. Built in milestones

You see progress at every stage. Each piece is built around the standards we defined together, so nothing is a black box.

  4. In your corner after launch

Once you’re running, we keep refining: adding what you need next and keeping things organized as you grow.

Where we come from

Legwork started in university as Legwork Media, a collaboration between three friends: one behind the camera, one in marketing, and one studying Business Technology Management with a fascination for how systems and processes hold a business together. Media was the work in front of clients at the time, and the brand followed it.

The work that kept mattering most, though, was the systems: structuring a client’s business so the website, the bookings and the information behind them stayed organized as it grew. Legwork Tech gives that side of the work a home of its own.

Proven alongside a real shop

Our longest partnership is with Performance Auto Centre, a North York performance shop. We built their first website three to four years ago, rebuilt it many times since, and shot photo and video for their channels along the way.

We learned a lot there. An early parts-and-quotes system did more than the shop needed, so we went back to basics and focused on what brings customers in. The bigger lesson was structure: organizing the business the way customers see it is what kept the site clean as it grew. Today the shop is busy, with a steady flow of new clients coming in through its website forms.

Who you’ll work with

Luca Gallucci

Founder

Luca studied Business Technology Management and has been building websites since 2019. Four years as a senior project manager at one of North America’s largest restoration companies meant learning the insurance and restoration world from the inside, and turning day-to-day work into repeatable processes.

Years alongside Performance Auto Centre built deep roots in the automotive world, and close ties with hair stylists and other appointment-based businesses shaped Legwork Booking. The common thread: listening to how an owner describes their business, then turning that into a structure a website, booking system or AI assistant can actually support.
