Privacy Policy

Legwork Tech (“we”, “us”) builds booking software, AI business knowledge tools, consulting and websites for service businesses in Toronto and the GTA. This policy explains what personal information our website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number and business name (if you choose to give them), and your message. We also record what you asked about (for example “Book a demo: Legwork Intelligence”), the page you came from and the page you sent the form from, so we can understand your request.
When you browse the site, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and reliability, and may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from automated abuse.
Spam protection. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated spam. To do that, reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and browser and sends it to Google. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Apart from that, we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or consultation, prepare a quote, and follow up about that request. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we will not add you to a marketing list without asking first.
Who handles it
Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, which processes this information on our behalf. Their servers may be located outside Canada (for example in the European Union or the United States), where local laws apply. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless you become a client. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email luca@legworktech.ca and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiries is limited to us. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Children
Our services are for businesses. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
